I just added "Quick Reply" to the forum, so when you're viewing a topic, you can either type a reply and hit the Submit button, or you can click the "Reply" button to go to the advanced topic reply screen which allows you to attach images, etc.
The quick reply is just for quick text reply at this time. You must use the advanced reply in order to post an image or a poll.
