It can get any easier, wow that was fast.







36 days? nahh approved in 36 hours cause the permit show issue day 10/01/2010 and expired on 09/30/2015 but on mi mail box today.Vahunter wrote:That was quick but my wife got hers in 7 days. I dont think the code says business days...its calendar days...and its not to process - its 45 days to issue unless the court finds reason to deny within the law...OakRidgeStars wrote:They have 45 business days to process the CHP. To me...that makes it calendar days.The court shall issue the permit and notify the State Police of the issuance of the permit within 45 days of receipt of the completed application unless it is determined that the applicant is disqualified.
