Re: 40 S7W
I sold my .40 before i could start reloading for it. I am reloading for .45acp,6mm rem, .308,.44mag and .223. I just finished up 300 rounds for the .45 yesterday.

want to do some for me? ill pay
Re: 40 S7W
Can't do that without a special license.
Re: 40 S7W
You need a license to reload for others?!
Did not know that. Good thing I learned that before I got into it.

Re: 40 S7W
Yup, it's a Type 10 FFL:
You can load a batch and give them to your friend and have him shoot them, but if he pays you for it then it's illegal (without the license).
I'm not a lawyer, and I don't know the exact specifics. I have loaded on a friend's press (before I got my own), using his components, and then I went out and bought some components to replenish his stock and to start my own stock, but money never changed hands between us, so we should be in the clear.
(source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Fi ... ense_types)Manufacturer of Title 1 firearms, ammunition and ammunition components, including NFA Destructive Devices but no other NFA items, and not including Armor Piercing ammunition.

Only because THEY didn't get their cut because you don't have a license.Dragonfly wrote:Everybody is going to jail
