Loudoun CHP Change

You no longer take your sealed paperwork to the third floor clerk's office. You now go to the basement filing & archives room. There appears to be an outside entrance. With the old court house on your right & Payne's Biker Bar on your left walk straight ahead and up the steps into the portico. Look left there is an orange sign that says "Archives." We went in the normal front door, then followed a series of signs that kead us from the third floor to the basement.

Jeez, that sounds like a pain. PWC, I mailed my initial one in the end of June and got mine four weeks ago. Are they trying to discourage getting them?
