Just an observation. The young lady list finances as part of her coursework and her degree is in BA. If she has enough finance exp I would focus there - NOT IT. There are more jobs in finance right now. I would also see if she can highlight any experience as servers where directly applicable to finance applications. Also recommend she put in application for federal work. Lots of requirements for accounting, finance, etc.
