By the avatar, I'd say she bought a Charter Arms "Pink Lady"

Hi PinkLady - Nice to have you here!
The Charter Arms "Pink Lady" was my wife's first firearm as well!
Re: Hello from Lynchburg
Actually, that thread was how I found this site (amazing thing, Google). Her reasons for picking the CA over the S&W were identical to mine. When I was at the NRA Annual Meeting in Phoenix last year, I went to the S&W booth first because we already had one and I trusted the brand, but I just didn't like the feel of the ones I was interested in. Then I found Charter Arms (along with alot of other women) and that was all she wrote.allingeneral wrote:Hi PinkLady - Nice to have you here! The Charter Arms "Pink Lady" was my wife's first firearm as well!
Unfortunately, I didn't have the time at the Annual Meeting in Charlotte this year to spend much time on the exhibit floor, but I can't wait to stop by their booth in Pittsburgh next year and let them know that I am now a proud owner!
Now...if only someone made PINK ammo I would be all set!! (Pink firearm, check...pink range bag, check...pink NRA shirt, check...gotta love these manufacturers for FINALLY catering to us girly-girls out there!!)
