Been looking at these on gunbroker does anyone have any comments or reviews of one.... seems like a pretty good deal for a sig in the 300- 400 dollar range (been looking at surplus west german P-6 turn-ins)
question can I use 225 mags in the P-6 and could I switch out that silly looking hammer the p-6 has w/ a more normal hammer from a 225?
Sig P-6 / 225

I would check a dedicated SIG board. You are asking about slight technical differences between a common US model and a European model most of us will probably never see.

Re: Sig P-6 / 225
I like my P-6, it seems like a great gun for the price. I paid just under 300 for mine about 18 months ago. Id check out the sigforum, they've got quite a bit on the P6 and I am sure someone could answer your question. I've heard that some have problems shooting hollow points, but I have not experienced that issue with mine.

thanks for the reply. it can take mags from a sig 225, and sig would be happy to trade out the springs and put a new hammer on it for me.IamTurnerBass wrote:I like my P-6, it seems like a great gun for the price.
