Cor Bon/Winchester??

Cor Bon/Winchester??
I recently purchased 3 boxes of Cor Bon .223 Remington on sale at Cabellas.. I noted that all the cartridges are stamped Winchester or WCC, Does Winchester make them? I have not purchased any Cor Bon in the past and was surprised to see the Winchester stamps... Any input appreciated....
