I saw the Mayor Bloomberg interview on CBS with Katie Couric yesterday when he said the terrorist was likely “somebody with a political agenda who doesn't like the health care bill or something." So that got me thinking, and I sent him this email today.
Mr. Bloomberg, I heard your interview on CBS, and I am very confused. Why did the Pakistani decide to blow up Times Square because he did not like US health care? Do all Pakistanis feel the same way about US health care and its relationship to NYC? While it would be nice, I don't need a personal response, however I think you should go back on national television and explain all this. I know that I am not the only one confused by your explanation of the terrorist's motivation. Thank you very much.
Wonder if I'll even get a canned reply.
