Shotgun training near Chesapeake

Good evening fellow brothers and sisters in arms. I'm looking for shotgun ranges / instruction near Chesapeake (anywhere near Hampton Roads). I am comfortable with my handgun but have yet to shoot a shotgun, which I will be picking up for HD in the next few weeks. Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!
