Training Courses in Northern VA?

I did a search and read through the first 10 pages of responses, but nothing really fit what I was looking for.

Q: What firearms training courses are available in the Northern VA area?

Specifically, I'm looking for a Pistol or Pistol/Rifle course. One of the things I plan to do this year is attend training to hone my skills and identify any bad-habits I have when shooting. I'd say my current skill level is intermediate, with plenty of room to improve.

So far I've only found FPF Training out of Culpeper, VA.

A friend of mine took a generic pistol course at Silver Eagle Group and was happy. But, I am not looking for a CHL qualification course.

Does anyone know of similar courses/classes/training? Thanks in advanced!

SEG provides more than concealed courses, including private instruction to do what you want with certified instructors. let me know if you want more details.

Check out nra.org they have a list of courses in the area.

They have pistol, rifle and shotgun courses. As well home and personal defense.


Also check out Issac Walton League chapters around here. The chapter in Fairfax has some great instructors.
