The Shooters Range in Woodbridge, Va

The Shooters Range is or rather was a new range that was to be opening in Woodbridge in 2009 in the same shopping center where Shooters Paradise was located. VCDL lobbied for this range in front of the Prince William county board of supervisors and the board except for the idiot from the Woodbridge district voted their ok for this range to start construction.

Haven't heard a word or seen any construction going on at the site at all. Anybody heard anything?

i didn't know they were changing the name of the place. the old shooters paradise burned down a few years back.

The owners of The Shooters Range are not associated with the owners of the old Shooters Paradise at all. A totally different group.
Where Shooters Paradise was located about in the middle of the mall, this new range was to be located at the end of mall next to where the Giant was located before they moved out.

interesting. i didn't know the giant moved out. not the best neighborhood, but i'll go there, with guns!

why need a range? don't the locals just use the streets of marumsco hills?

This is great news.

I loved shooters paradise. It wasent the cleanest but they let you shoot anything and some of the guys were great.

So does anyone know if or when there will be any construction?

Last week I drove by and it appears nothing has been done.

I am thinking the current economy caused a failure before it ever got started.

After the Prince William board of supervisors gave the range a thumbs up, haven't heard anything, seen any construction, etc. I sent a email to the owner of the range, no reply. Maybe the financing fell through. Too bad.
