Indeed. Fox reported several weeks ago that the crime rate in DC dropped dramatically in the year since Heller was upheld. I tried to find the story again but could not. Nevertheless there will always be a deranged gunmen somewhere no matter what laws we have or dont have. The antis argument to this is a complete ban, but look at what happened in England. The preferred weapon of choice became a sharp pointy kitchen knife. They banned those too. And who can forget the poor kid that was beat to death with 2x4s right in front of a group of people in Chicago. No one said one word about tracing those boards or banning them...One article I read even said that there were 2 policemen nearby.
