Count me among those having read about this long years ago. My memory had it being a Swiss event. Searches on two engines brought up this one near valid response. Anybody know more about it?
OBTW, I am guessing that the Alps would make a sufficient backstop for shooting over water...otherwise I would never have mentioned it.
