Hats off to Ann Coulter. She know what she is talking about. Too bad many others do not understand.

Why aren't those stories making national news? We need a Paul Harvey to tell us "the rest of the story."

I usually like Ann. She's normally right, and here is no exception.
For someone so well educated on virtually every other topic, when it comes to the South, she seems to be wrong, a lot.
But, here, she is on point.

She's right!
In the past month, I've been confronted with 3 angry people who for no reason were outrageously hostile. Being calm, saying nothing, and just having them realize "Dude hasn't said a peep, he's just standing there.... (expletive) I'm in a bad situation."
All three walked away, mumbling, thinking they got the better of an old fat man....
But the difference is that it DIFFUSED the situation, and made them less focused on what made them angry, and more focused on "(expletive) I am in ...a bad situation."
Sometimes, talking doesn't solve anything. Being the scary old fat man does.

One was traffic (Didn't appreciate that I drive "faster" than him going 10 mph UNDER in a passing lane), one was me picking up the last of an item in Wal-Mart (Didn't know that Peppermint Creamer was a fighting thing), and One didn't like that I sighed in line as she pulls out a check book at the END of being rang up in stead of being prepped and Ready.
She has the "crazy" smell all over her, but she realized, "He's not saying anything, (expletive) I'm a bad situation".
