Equal application under the law

What does the term, “Equal application under the law” mean to you? To anyone with half a brain, they would understand that the quote by Hilary, “No one is above the law” is what lady Justice represents, that we are all equal under the law and that means every federal crime that Hillary did should be sent to a grand jury and charged according to our legal system for the following items;

Having above Top Secret items on her unsecured unauthorized E-mail server.
.
Destroying 33,000 congressional subpoenaed E-mails with a bleach bit software removal tool on her server and destroying a number of cell phones with a hammer to ensure that nothing could be accessed from them.
.
Giving above Top Secret items to a person that didn’t have a federal security clearance.
.
Transmitting those highly classified items to a second party’s unsecured computer.
.
Lying under oath to a FBI agent numerous times.
.
It’s predicted that the DOJ’s IG report will be submitting his recommendation concerning Hillary the first part of next month.
.
But Hillary’s not alone by a long shot.
.
What we’ve seen this last week is the DOJ’s IG recommendation that Andrew McCabe be charged with the federal crimes of lying to the FBI while under oath 4 times and obstruction of evidence.
.
And with everything we’ve heard from Comey this last week, on his floundering book tour is, he’s contradicted himself numerous times during interviews and admitted to releasing 7 secret FBI memo’s to a unauthorized lawyer to ensure that lawyer pass those memo’s to the New York Times to be published.

If everything’s equal, Comey might be looking over his shoulder for the IG to hand down another federal judgement for Comey to be charged with a federal crime.

Also concerning Comey’s memos.
.
His statement in his memo that President Trump encouraged him to fulfill his legal obligation to ascertain whether any person attached to his election campaign colluded with the Russians to change the election. That statement alone means that Trump never requested Comey to do anything that could be a cause for an obstruction of justice charge against him.

Just remember, all of these federal crimes wouldn’t have ever been known or acted upon if Hillary had been elected President, and that fact alone should cause anyone who feels the un-objective rule of law should be upheld and equal to everyone, no matter who or what they are.

Anyone who's ever held a security clearance knows that you will be held accountable for your actions and we all know that, over the years numerous people have been held accountable for their illegal actions and charged with a federal crime and received either jail time of received a fine according to the severity of their crimes, and that is the bottom line concerning all of this that I've talked about.
