It's negotiable. However, you can't shoot several groups and then say here's one. I'm also open to a wager that does not involve money. Besides, it's not gambling; it's skill right? I prefer wagering to arguing.

Thanks for the invite, but my weekends are usually booked so long as the weather is fair. If you can make it on a weekday, I'd love to join you. I've not shot at range 82 since 2010 during a Sig Sauer pistol class held there. I've a really old Anschutz sporter rifle in .22 Mag I'd like to shoot again. I've neglected it for too long.

Maybe we can linkup at the new indoor range after the weather turns ugly.

Seriously though, not an argument. An argument would mean we are discussing fact, and one beleives they are correct, thus debating what is fact. We are just debating a difference of opinion. Opinions can not be right or wrong, only different. Hence, no argument.

The rules of the range are the rules of the range. Either you live by them or don't shoot there. That is a fact. LOL

Cavalier Rifle and Pistol at Vontay, Virginia has a 500 yard range. They also have a 100 yard range

Hey I shot this target at Range82 100 yrd range



Oh and I was using a 1943 Winchester M1 Garand, with WWII Iron sites and Walmart Core-lokt 30-06 150gr..



Sure it would not qualify for the 1 Min MOA but with a scope I am sure it would do it.

Izaak Walton League of Lynchburg has a 300 yard Rifle Range with concrete benches/pad/covered line.
www.IWLA.org/Lynchburg . Also a 50 yard Pistol Range and T&S/5 stand/lakes/camping/Archery/etc.

Any updates on places to shoot? I live in Springfield, Va. As long as we draw a tag I'll be going on an elk hunt in Oct 2017 and need to practice 200-400yds. Shooting a Ruger M77 7mm mag with Vortex 4-12x40 scope.
