An apparent gun control supporter was enraged to see a (poorly) concealed handgun on another man one afternoon last week in Overland Park, Kansas, and apparently lost his sanity.

Maybe emotionally unstable/immature adults should be banned?

I would not disparage open carry. What I see as ideal would be numbers of open carriers sufficient to discourage all but the most seriously unbalanced anti...he could maybe disarm one with the realization that at least one other would come to the aid of the disarmed. For the time being more care should be exercised.

Too bad the man didn't have a friend/relative close by who could have taken care of the man who "lost his sanity" before he injured (could have killed both of them) one man and threatened another with injury/death.
