Why you ask, his provision in the tax code was put there to enable these businesses to stay in business and not go under, to enable them to continue as a business and turn everything around and in the future start making money and keep all of the people who work there off unemployment and keep their homes and in turn earn money and produce a product that will benefit not only the country, but for all of the buyers out there that consume those products.
