I know that this might not be exactly the right area for this. but I have a PA carry permit. I now have a VA license and live in VA. PA and VA are reciprocal but I am not 100% if my PA is still good. I am active duty army and my parents still live at the address on my PA permit so i can always claim that is my permanent residence...
I just want to make sure. thanks!

Re: pa carry permit
I would assume that your PA permit is a 'resident permit'. Since you are no longer a resident of PA, you would need to reapply for a 'non-resident' permit in order for it to be legal.
Now you can apply for a 'resident permit' in VA.

Re: pa carry permit
My son is stationed in Va. and has a Va. permit. He also holds a PA. resident LTCF since Pa. is still his home of record for taxes and voting. Both are resident permits.
