It seems that accomplishing Constitutional Carry in Va is more difficult due to our neighbors NE.

Wonder how this affects the antigun business owners. Is BWW now required to allow carriers in their establishments?

I saw a post on another forum that said WV got "shall issue" laws passed before VA did.

Now WV has Constitutional Carry before VA does.

How does WV get this stuff first all the time?

Especially since George Mason, James Madison and Thomas Jefferson are all Virginians that created the Second Amendment.

So, if I understand this, WV was "stolen" from VA, at some point.

And yet WV seems to retain the very personality and viewpoint of those founding fathers when VA doesn't?

Maybe whatever WV has is "catching". VA got "shall issue" after WV did. Maybe Constitutional Carry will also come along, now that WV has it.

I've always thought it was ironic that WV was allowed to succeed from Virginia in furtherance of the war waged to prevent Virginia from succeeding from the Union. So WV is in a sense the bastard (illegitimate) offspring of the rape of Virginia. Montani Semper Illigitimi? The reason West Virginia has freedoms before we do and has freedoms we don't have in Virginia is that it doesn't have a NoVa. Perhaps it is time for the Old Dominion to whelp another bastard.
