Obama: ‘Hopefully, We Can Learn From’ Cuba About Improving Human Rights In America [VIDEO]

Speaking to reporters in Havana Monday, President Barack Obama said that, “hopefully,” the United States can learn a thing or two from Cuba’s record on improving basic, human rights.

“Our starting point is that we have two different systems,” Obama explained. “What I have said to President Castro, is that we are moving forward and not looking backwards.”

“President Castro, I think, has pointed out that it, in his view making sure that everybody is getting a decent education or health care, has basic security in old age, that those things are human rights as well.”

“The goal of the human rights dialogue is not for the United States to dictate to Cuba how to govern themselves,” the president continued. “Hopefully, we can learn from each other.”

My Thoughts:
You have got to be kidding me; this POS president is out of his dope smoking mind. Cuba sends millions to Iran to promote terrorism, jails ANYONE who talks against the government, the ones in power skim millions of dollars off the poor and Obama has the outright gull to compare America to Cuba.

If there was ever a thought that Obama hate’s America then this is it. I and my family lived in Cuba for four years at Gitmo and as the security officer for the base, I came into contact with the civilians who were allowed to enter the base and from what they told me, life under Castro is a living hell. If they made $20.00 a week they were lucky.

Right. And while we're looking to Cuba for insight on how to improve basic, human rights, let us look, also, to the Rev. Jim Jones for insight on how to practice religion.

Barry is deliberately trying to destroy the Nation. He is a traitor. I have seen no evidence to the contrary.
