$5M class action suit filed against Century Arms

Anyone familiar with AK's has probably seen a safety lever with some over-travel. I've never seen or experienced an ND from safety over-travel, but then I've never pushed the lever up and over the dust cover before. If this suit is successful, which I doubt it will be, someone will now have to design an idiot-proof AK.
