Is Obama willing to gamble with our national security

Post by mmckee1952 »

Right now the republicans in the House are proposing a bill to stop the influx of refugees into our country until the FBI and our national security organizations can verify and guarantee that the refugees can be vetted to ensure that every one of these refugees can be deemed safe to enter our country, but all I hear from Obama is political posturing, saying the republicans are against allowing a three year old to enter our country, that is a straw man proposal and any person with a brain knows it.

What I would ask Obama is this, if you are so worried about these three year olds over in Syria now, then why didn’t you fulfill your red line statement three years ago when we could have really done something to protect these three year olds.

Every national security advisor, the FBI, the pentagon, NSA and the CIA have made statements that it is impossible right not to ensure that they can ascertain the various back grounds of these refugees, because there isn’t any official data base in Syria in which to obtain any back ground info on these refugees. So in that regard it’s not a matter of if we will be attacked just like they had last week in Paris, it’s a matter of when, if we don’t get some assurance of control on everyone who wants to enter our country.

What Obama is proposing is not going to ensure that, his wishing and hoping that somehow with what is available to us now that it will ensure that we will be able to ascertain all of their background information through data from overseas is not realistic, and with that, it looks like Obama is willing to gamble with our national security. So ask yourself this why Obama is willing to do this.

If you've paid attention to what he and his appointees have been doing then you know why America is failing to be as safe/secure for the future of our children.

He is doing what he and his bosses want - working hard to destroy the America we grew up in.

Don't think it's all about politics. It's just as much, if not more, about money and corporations and the changes needed for them to make even more money. Where do you think the millions of dollars come from the politicians use for elections? Only a small part comes from the little guys like us who work(ed) every day to provide for our families.

First, asking this as a question implies one isn't sure about what Zero and the demo-fascists are doing. If you have to ask, you haven't been paying attention.

Second, "gambling" implies that there is some possibility that there is an innocent explanation or a good outcome. The proper word in this context is "undermining".

Every time I think about refugees being welcomed into the US I'm reminded of the song "The Snake". Unfortunately ABC has pulled all the Youtube videos of Northern Exposure because there was a great performance of the song by Shelly in one episode.

Here's the audio of Al Wilson singing The Snake:

and here's the lyrics: http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/a/al_w ... snake.html

OBTW - I keep forgetting to ask:
WHO THE HELL IS GOING TO HOUSE AND SUPPORT ALL THESE PEOPLE THAT DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH AND HAVE NO CONCEPT OF OUR CULTURE?

How employable are they going to be?
Who's got jobs for them?

Also, bear in mind the conditions in our prisons are better than the concept of heaven for most of them.
