Don't forget, it was Bush who demanded the Patriot Act (not yet named at the time) be created by Congress and it was both written and sponsored by 2 Republicans. I knew it was gonna suck when Dianne Feinstein and Chuck Schumer said they wanted to co-sponsor the Bill.

I've used it in my work, but it's so intrusive, it's scary.

I cannot believe someone hasn't challenged it yet.
