Ahh, Google; isn't there slogan something along the lines of "Don't be evil"? Which is not far from saying "I'm not evil". And, that's just an odd statement to make when nobody asked.
Problem is, though, that Google has the best search engine. The others are nowhere near as good, and I do check other search engines, to see if they are comparable, from time to time.
Which reminds me; does Scroogle still exist? I used to use that instead of Google, when I still used real computers regularly. I remember reading that Google finally beat them, though.

Scroogle is gone; has been for a while.
Found this list of alternatives, though; haven't tried
any yet.

Being that I have an Android phone, which IS Google, it seems rather pointless to try to get around using the Google search engine.
