You can click on the link in the article ans read the Complaint, which has a list of the firearms seized.. It is patently obvious that someone who has what is on the list is a collector and not a trafficker.

Holy crap. I hope he wins. If that is truly the case, RICO fits 100%.

The Federal Agency providing incentive for such activity should also be named as a defendant in the complaint.
