NFA Newb

Post by Bchillz »

I just recently moved from NY to Alexandria and I was looking for help in the legality of obtaining a suppressor. I know that Fairfax County is NFA friendly, since alexandria is in Fairfax can I go to the sheriff or would I have to go through alexandria pd? Thanks for all the help in advance.

Do youself the biggest favor in the world and call these guys.

https://www.arsenalattorneys.com/

They will create an Arsenal Trust for you to use. The Trust, which for all intents and purposes, is a business. When a business buys an NFA item, there are no requirements for local Police Chief approval, no picture requirements, no fingerprints.

They will walk you through everything, including how a Trust protects your assets as you share them with friends, family members, and how it can be used for Estate planning.

It is affordable and you don't have to worry about a hard nose anti-2a Chief causing unneeded delay or hassle.

Or this guy. I got my trust through him. He is a die hard 2A supporter and an attorney. Do yourself a favor and contact John Pierce. $100 for a trust and lifetime updates to your schedule A.
