Trump saying what a whole lot of Americas are thinking

Ever since Trump announced his run for the president of the United States he’s been under fire for his remarks about the illegal aliens that are causing various crimes in America, although the percentages of the illegal aliens that are causing these crimes are low compared to the total number of illegal’s coming into the states, it’s a proven fact that are a large number of these criminals being let loose on our streets by the thousands.

Although Trump’s message is a little harsh and over the top, his statement is a sad statement of the truth of what’s going on throughout our country, you see it every day and have been seeing it for years.

You hear a lot about these illegal aliens committing all these various crimes, murder, rape, pedophilia and major drug running and everyone is asking what the hell is going on.

What a lot of people forget is, the culture from where they come from is vastly different than what every American has come to see as normal. They don’t see anything at all wrong to do these crimes and when they come here they bring this mindset with them.

The number of these people is rising and will continue to rise unless a strong deterrent is put in place where if any illegal is caught they are sent back ASAP, no if and’s or butts and if they return again and are caught they receive a mandatory 5 years in prison.

We can’t change their mindset, but we sure can put a boot up their ass and get them off our streets where they are causing all of this crime and put them where they can’t cause any more crime against our people.

Simple, to control uncontrollable the use of gun’s try this; every illegal who commits a crime with a gun that is either unlicensed, illegal or stolen then they should be locked away for a mandatory of 5 years and make it a federal law so the states can’t screw with it and if an illegal is convicted of a felony and returns again they receive for the first offence a 5 year prison sentence and 10 year for the second offence and so on.

So don’t disregard Trumps statement as being over bearing and harsh, he’s just telling what he feels is the stark reality and doesn’t mince words to be all PC, the polls are showing that a whole lot of Americans feel a common agreement with him. He’s just a person who isn’t afraid to say what a whole lot of Americans are thinking.

I think the problem has an easier solution than some and it isn't just about illegal criminals.

We draw people because I do believe the USA is still viewed as a country that offers more than most and a better quality of life.

It upsets me (and others I assume) that there are so many well below the poverty level coming to the USA and living off our wealth and taking advantage of the many programs we offer. There is an urgent need to restructure our programs and policies.

We offer welfare, food stamps, health insurance, housing, education and this is all at the expense of the class just above poverty (us) and get nothing in return. These programs bait many that have no desire to contribute to the well being of society. If I were not a citizen, I would view it much the same.

This needs to change. These programs need to encourage and motivate people to work and contribute rather than set such a cutoff level where many realize they are better off doing nothing - this applies to all. Programs should compliment those whom are willing to try to improve their own well being.

People have lost respect for America because they crumble to pressures too easily. Too many want everything free and when they don't get it, they complain until they do.

If these programs were only offered to natural and naturalized citizens I think many problems would disappear and the American life would improve for everyone.

I've read several reports over the years that show a smaller percentage of legal non-citizens use welfare then natural and naturalized citizens. Also, legal non-citizens use welfare for a shorter period of time compared to citizens.

Making it so only natural and naturalized citizens can use welfare programs doesn't help much. Especially when we have situations like multiple generations of a given natural and naturalized citizen family that are lifetime welfare recipients.

That said, I fully support the idea that non-legal and legal non-citizens need to go home instead of mooching off of us. Especially anchor baby parents. The only charity they should get is a plane ticket home.

I have always said that if you don't pay taxes, you should not be allowed to vote. If someone is making it so you live and don't have a to lift a finger to take care of yourself, it's painfully obvious you are going to keep voting for the people giving you a free ride. Then we get unfair/unbalanced representation. Especially since the last 10+ years, near 46% of Americans are not participating in the workforce and near 43% of Americans are on some type of Federal or State subsidy, not including Social Security or Medicare.

How bout we drop government paid social programs altogether? Let the churches take care of the community off of donations like they always have. When the church is out of resources, people will go back to work.

I was trying to find words to motivate non citizens to become citizens, pay taxes, work to improve your life. Then if an assistance program is needed, scale it so it isn't all or nothing. Someone works and goes over a break point they lose all their benefits. That does not motivate. If someone not working is making more money from government programs it sends the wrong message

Additionally we to find a way to get the wealthy and businesses to pay their "real" share of needed taxes.

Mitt Romney was questioned about his Swiss account. His money and taxable income is not accessible. What he is doing is legal by the rules. Problem the rules need to be modified.
