Well, here we go again.

Too early for full truth-or-tale but if this is truth, I'd suggest "Stop breaking the law".
If Tale, I'd suggest we fire our entire police force and start over.

This is just not good.

I used to ride skateboards. Skateboards make great weapons. They can cause alot of damage.

Anyone who shoots an assailant wielding a skateboard is justified, in my opinion.

Bear in mind that that was Washington STATE not Washington DC.
The article doesn't give race information but according to one of the comments referencing another article the LEO is white and the two people shot were black.

I graduated high school in Spokane in '65. The school had abut 2200 students and probably three were blacks. And I think one of those was a foreign exchange student.

Just read this on another forum post from the link below.

Jasmine Thompson said she was driving when she saw the officer shoot one of the men. She later realized the man was her brother; the men's names have not been released.

"There was no threat, nothing in his hands," Thompson said.

I do wonder what difference the mix of people matters. They are people.

If you can clear away all the fat, the problem is someone is a criminal and someone is a law abiding citizen or LEO and when caught in the act there is a conflict between the two.
