Loudoun CHP Time Check

Applied at the courthouse on 3/23. Issued on 4/22. It didn't get mailed until 4/29 (got it today).
Pretty card though. Looks sort of like the old driver's licenses (minus the photo).

Has the Sic Semper Tyranis (latin for "get your foot off my chest") state seal and everything.
