Democrats: Turn In Assault Rifle & Get A $2,000 Tax Credit

Post by dorminWS »

HMMMM..... if that should pass, maybe I could still get those M&P 15s for $700-$800 , turn them in, and take a $2,000 credit against taxes. Wonder how many times they'll let a feller do that?

'Bout time the Obamunists gave the taxpayers as good a deal as they're giving Iran.

I love when politicians can have situational logic.

A tax credit to get guns off the streets = logical.

A tax credit to spur business and get the economy going = illogical

If you glued/screwed a 1x4 "pistol grip" to a Mosin.... would they know the difference? You could include the bayonet!
My grandfather said, "Always use your head!".
I told him, "I want to pound nails!"
He said, "Best use a hammer instead."

We need to have a contest to see who can build the most ridiculous "scary assault rifle" from whatever parts and pieces that have fallen behind the workbench.

No doubt some guvbmint yahoo would gladly accept it for a tax credit.

I would agree if the funds for this will came from an extra tax imposed only on demonrats. Call it a stupidity tax.
All political power comes from the barrel of a gun. The communist party must command all the guns, that way, no guns can ever be used to command the party - Mao Tse Tung

I think I have a single shot shotgun that's inoperable for $30 bucks, I could spray paint that thing, and glue on a tactical rail, and add a fake magazine from a toy.

Viola! $2k tax-time!

Pappy used to call the lottery the stupidity tax.

All taxes are stupidity taxes, as I see it; either because the electorate was stupid for submitting to it or because of the way the government bureaucrats will spend it. Come to think of it; both.

Shoot! I only hold onto the $30 single shot to wait for "Firearm trade-backs" for the "$100 visa gift cards"!

When they do that again? I'm giving it up!
