I went for a run yesterday morning. The temperature was below 10F, probably about 7 or 8F. The wind was howling, but most of our run was in the woods so we didn't feel it too much. It really wasn't too bad, and towards the end of our run I told my friend that I was a little disappointed that I got cheated out of some of the misery I had been looking forward to all week. But the warm coffee and pastry afterwards sure was great.
