Police say child care officials are taking care of the children.

This should say "The police think the parents are too stupid, so Child Protective Services are the kids new Mommy & Daddy."

Why do children think that it's OK to rummage through their mommas purse? That's just as bad as playing in the parents closet; not allowed, when I was growing up.
