DC issues first gun-carry permits

Eight DC residents have just been issued concealed carry permits. Yes, eight. I can only imagine the political hocus-pocus that these eight citizens had to endure to achieve such a dubious honor.

We should all bow down and thank our government overlords for their benevolent charity.

When I first moved to Fairfax County, there were only about eight people in the county who were allowed to have permits.

I am thankful at the progress Virginia has made. Hopefully DC can make similar progress, although it's a shame that it has to be so difficult and slow.
