I remember hearing an apology and a redaction from Fox News, the other night, in regard to Muslim "No Go Zones". Since,at the time, I hadn't heard anything else about it, I don't know if they were referencing this segment, or something else.

You know, its funny. I seem to remember reading somewhere that if a person or group of people , American citizens or not, are plotting the violent overthrow of the US, they are considered our enemy; not someone with rights plot protected under the Constitution. That is ridiculous. FBI, ATF, and DHS should be up their behinds with a size 15 boot and toss them in prison.

I wouldn't trust those people in a sh!thouse with a muzzle, just like the rest of you. BUT on the other hand, they (assuming they are citizens, at least) have the same freedom of association and to keep and bear arms as us. The problem would be to establish that they were actually doing something illegal. Telling uninvited guests who show up with a camera and start sticking their nose in the business of the people in the enclave is not illegal. Matter of fact, if I was holed up with a bunch of you guys at a meet-and-greet-and-shoot and Handgun Control showed up I would have probably been less civil than the guy in the video on the OP. Truth to tell, I've told more than one nosey preacher to mind his own business when I thought he needed it.

THINK about it. I would be very uncomfortable with seeing the government take a WACO/Ruby Ridge-style approach to these people because I would be afraid the local good-ole-boys shootin' club would also get on their list by and by. Onliest thang to do is keep your powder dry and one eye on them boogers.

I have to say, you are welcome to do almost anything you want on your property. Running a facility of racism and hate that does nothing but plan for the overthrow of America to replace it with Sharia under Islamic rule is where I draw the line.

Citizen or not, you don't have the right to takeover an area or town and segregate yourself by use of force or any other means. There is a big difference betweew exercising rights and trying to build forces to overthrow a country via the use of radical Islamic terrorism.

Absolutely no argument on that from me. And I, like everybody else on this forum, think that "trying to build forces to overthrow a country via the use of radical Islamic terrorism" is sho' nuff exactly what they're up to. True they don't have a right to "take over a town", but my impression was that they are gathered on a privately-owned compound. If that's the case, then they or one of them OWN the town, and unless and until the break the law, they can be as silly and/or as obnoxious as they please.

But my point was, CAN SOMEONE ARTICULATE PROBABLE CAUSE TO ARREST OR ENTER AND SEARCH?

If not, how do we justify a Janet Reno-style jackbooted thug intervention? I, for one, expect that once we excuse the government from meeting that standard, the new rule is more likely to be applied to people like us than it is to be used against the people at Redhouse. That conundrum is all I want you guys to think about.

I have been thinking about that, Dorm. I've always been considering that the Second Amendment was put into place so that citizens could overthrow the government, in the event that government got tyrannical.

My Mother is fond of warning her children to be careful what we wish for.

I think there are those who would make a pretty credible argument that our government is ALREADY tyrannical; and that all that remains is for things to reach critical mass by becoming intolerable. God knows I don't wish for that; but wishing it wasn't so won't keep the stuff out of the fan.

Dormin... you need to watch that video again and others like it. That attack with the baseball bat was on a public street in a public town taken over and run by Muslims. They are reporting that there are towns (not private farms) and parts of cities that are being taken over by them and they are assaulting anyone who goes into that town. At the beginning of the posted video, they are saying that some of these sections of cities and towns don't even get patrolled by the police because they attack the cops.

Don't get me wrong. I'm fine with people of like interests all living together. That is how we end up with pocket of Jewish communities, or Italian neighbor hoods, or the "French Quarter". It's just that those pockets of people... they welcome everyone. Jew aren't attacking Christians that go into Carnegie Deli and people aren't training to takeover the world through use of terrorism in China Town.

They should handle it like any other crime. You hear rumors and complaints, drop in OC and/or do surveillance investigations. If you find evidence of plotting of crimes or witness crimes, you start arresting people. Its not that hard.
