CCW/firearm incident insurance/support

Does anyone have any personal experience with this service?: http://www.secondcalldefense.org/

They come well recommended from a reliable source, but I haven't heard of anyone's specific experiences with them.

I haven't. I use USCCA and really enjoy their monthly magazines. I got coverage there for both my wife and I.
If you want total security, go to prison. There you're fed, clothed, given medical care and so on. The only thing lacking... is freedom.
