The Virginia Shooting Sports Association will hold a shotgun shell reloading clinic in Spotsylvania, VA on November 21, 2009. Cost is $100 for VSSA members and $125 for non-members (includes a one year VSSA membership). Price includes the NRA Guide to Reloading, Safety Brochures, Reloading Data Manuals and Course Completioin Certificate.
