How would one determine that exactly? How would you tell if a charter bus has tourists or illegals. A fleet of gray vans could be transporting illegals or kids on their way to church camp. Is there a way to determine this?

Pick any construction site in the Commonwealth. I guarantee that you will find illegal immigrants there.

Several years ago, I was working on a major home development for senior citizens. Some guy got PO'd and either quit or got fired. So, he called Immigration and reported the company for hiring illegals. Paddy wagons rolled in, and home production was shut down for a couple weeks. Company was fined, they lost some contracts. ..

I was greatly amused.

I live in Hoodbridge. I've seen illegals in VA every day for the last 16 years of my life. Mostly in the form of day workers hanging out ar 7-Eleven waiting for work or in the ER waiting room.

Lived in the Northern Neck nearly all my life. They converted an old elementary school I went to into "apartments." So many illegals there it's ridiculous. Now that I'm in Suffolk I don't see much of a Hispanic culture there.

Illegals though in the NNK have been used for farm work and construction jobs mostly. I suppose it help keeps prices low at the local markets, but you can't trust a contractor for anything.

Hey Coastie, GF wants to know if you're talking about Fairfield Elementary or the old school in Calileo (sp?).

Farmville has an ICE Detention Facility...So there must be some illegals there...

SHMIV, that would be the old school on Callao. Lots of memories on that schoolyard. Got in my first brawl as a kid there haha.

How would you tell any new illegals with so many already here?

Our night cleaning lady was bragging in broken English last week that her 16 and 17 year old grand sons just came here from Honduras because Obama said they could stay and go to school (her exact words). They have a hearing in 2018.

Lol, Coastie; GF said she figured that was the one you were talking about. She went to Fairfield.

Scott, that's about enough to make you smack somebody, ain't it?

All I could do was smile, but I wanted to throw up. The entire thing is disgusting and I worry about the world my daughter is inheriting.

Like I have said many times before. Its a good thing I'm not President. I would use the current tactic of Executive Orders and there would be a bounty on illegal aliens no matter their age. It would get Americans back to work and the illegals would be caught or leave in a mass exodus. Absolutely no amnesty and anyone in Congress suggesting would be investigated for treason. Investigated doesn't mean charged but it would put a serious crimp in their reelection bid.

They're coming here in droves. Second largest population of Salvadoran immigrants next to Los Angeles is in NOVA.

Wow... here's a big surprise!
According to a federal complaint, he was taken into custody by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) agents in New York in 1998 but never showed up for his court appearance.
