Latest Guidance from DC Police Chief Lanier on DC Handguns

Looks like non-prohibited persons from Virginia can carry openly or concealed with a CHP in DC! Not sure how long this will last due to the stay requested by the DC Attorney.

Here are a couple of notes:

1) DC does not allow magazines over 10 rounds.

2) Long guns should not be carried in DC
