Just heard on the news that John Kerry negotiated a treaty today ceding Iraq to ISIS in exchange for their pledge to foster the development of renewable low-carbon energy in Iraq.


CNN hails treaty as masterstroke of diplomacy!


ISIS agreed in the treaty to encourage honor killings of Shiites, Jews and Christians whose carbon footprints exceed specified limits.
