Anyone know someplace local in or around NOVA that has or makes leather holsters?
I am looking to get a holster so I can carry my new Cattleman revolver, but it seems like there are very few places even online. I prefer face to face. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Local? No.
I did find a guy in an Idaho truck stop that does leather holsters. He's working on a knife sheath for me; he'll be shipping it to me when it's done.
The website on the business card that he gave me:

Looks like he does great work. I might do something custom mail order if I can't find something local.

He's a nice guy. He used to live in Manassas. Most of his business comes from truck drivers, which shouldn't be surprising, considering his location. As such, no one really brings a gun to him to show him what they need a holster for.
When I get the sheath in the mail, I'll let you know what I think of it. It will probably sit in my mailbox for a month before I can get to it, though.

there is a gent in McLean, VA that makes custom leather holsters. You might have to leave your revolver with him though. He's on VGT and regularly posts in the holster section.
