good evening, getting ready to PCS to FT Belvoir, ill be brining one of my SBR's with me but my question is will i be considered a resident of VA when it comes to putting in Form 1's and Form 4's? looking at picking up a suppressor while i am stationed down there.

Your PCS orders to a facility in VA grant you VA residency.

I always wondered how that worked when you moved counties/states and how long you have to change the info on your form with the ATF.
