I believe there is another thread on this.
Make no mistake, they are working on a push. They want to do so before the federal mid-term elections.

What can he do? He is not the legislative branch so unless we have lost that as well (and badly) what can this blowhard do?

He can pull an Maoist attack on us by executive order.
He does have some pull with people because he won.
He can generally be an a-hole.

What else would you expect from a D-bagger?

What do we need to do to stop this?

I suspect via VCDL, writing your delegates, the gov, lt. gov, and ag when non-freedom things arise. More of the same, just with greater vigor, tenacity and persistence.

"IRVINGTON, N.J. – Police are investigating an overnight shooting at a bar in northern New Jersey that left three men dead and two others wounded.
Authorities say the shooting occurred at about 12:45 a.m. Wednesday at Slick's Go Go Bar in Irvington.
Slick's is located in an industrial area a few blocks from the Garden State Parkway.
A witness tells WABC-TV in New York that shots erupted after a fight broke out on the steps of the club. He says about 100 people were at Slick's at the time.
Initial reports indicated that police were looking for a grey car that fled the scene. No arrests were immediately announced.
The names of the men who were killed haven't been released, nor has the condition of the two who were wounded."

New Jersey again made numerous citizens vulnerable or victims of an assault, because their laws dictate that for someone to be armed, they must have a viable threat to prove.
"New Jersey is a "may-issue" state for concealed carry. Permit applicants must "specify in detail the urgent necessity for self-protection, as evidenced by specific threats or previous attacks which demonstrate a special danger to the applicant's life that cannot be avoided by means other than by issuance of a permit to carry a handgun." As a result of this tough standard, New Jersey is effectively a "no issue" state unless one is a retired law enforcement officer. Armed security typically gets restricted permits limited to carry while on duty only. A letter of need from the security company is required."
Gun Control, promoted by Irvington's Mayor who is in Bloomberg's thugs against the 2A rights of US citizens, and his statements that they are proving that their controls work (http://www.njtvonline.org/news/video/ir ... -violence/ ) continue to contribute to the deaths of unarmed law-abiding civilians.
Virginia is next!

If you want total security, go to prison. There you're fed, clothed, given medical care and so on. The only thing lacking... is freedom.
