I like Obi-Wan's version of the Force, although some Hogwarts wand-pointing will do in a pinch.

Do you mean Powder? 7.62 x 51 is .308 and the best powder depends on what you are reloading for.

Hunting
Putting holes in paper
Long range

There are in excess of 20 acceptable powders, with no other parameters I'll say:

The one you can buy.

Right now stocks are so low that if you can find it, and its reasonable for that caliber, then you're lucky.
