The Ammo Conspiracy
Given everything that has been exposed lately with this administration, I would not be surprised to discover that Obama has someone accessing a slush fund, who is doing more purchasing of ammo than even the publicized purchaes, made by the DHS, etc. Of course, he never directed that that operation start up, nor does he even know that it exists. It would be real easy to lose track of a few billion dollars.
