NY Judge Orderes Cuomo To Court over Safe act

If you hadn't heard about it, it appears that Cuomo's Safe Act is going before a NY judge... Here's the excerpt

"Gov Cuomo has been ordered to court, to argue why a judge shouldn't proceed with an injunction on the unSAFE act: "Breaking News, live from Chautauqua Supreme Court.
The Hon. Deborah Chimes has signed an order against the State of New York and Governor Andrew Cuomo requiring Respondents to appear before the court on April 29th and provide good cause and reasons why the State should not be enjoined from enforcing any pnovision of the assault weapons ban.
This news was supposed to come yesterday, but due to schedule constraints had to wait until today"

How about the fact Cuomo is getting an exemption for "HOLLYWOOD" to film with high cap mags, and PDW's, but hasn't done a DAMNED thing for the LEO'S in NY!?!

If I were a Cop in New York, I would file a lawsuit as well.

Heck, they are the ones who need the high capacity magazines taken away. Remember last year's mass shooting where a person shot a former co-worker, the NYPD shot him and 9 others?
