Colorado College Advises Vomiting, Urinating To Stop Rapists

Just to prove that the Republicans don't have a monopoly on stupid rape comments.

Some of the pieces of advice which were updated Monday evening on the university's public safety website are ones that many would find familiar, from running away without looking back to "yelling, hitting or biting" your attacker.

But the following two suggestions are a little stranger and are already causing quite the outcry on social media: "Tell your attacker that you have a disease or are menstruating," and "Vomiting or urinating may also convince the attacker to leave you alone."

If you are disarmed, I recommend an alternative weapon being close at hand. Knife, razor blade, pepper spray, even an improvised weapon is better than your teeth and nails. When I was in school I kept my keys on a long lanyard generally hanging around my neck. In a pinch it would have been a good weapon, and I was aware of that.

Additionally I can't throw up on command. If a person wants to rape you I don't think they are worried about a little bit of blood or diseases. They are living for the moment, other wise they would find something else to do that day.
