Mine went in yesterday. Rather than include a DD-214, I opted to go with the online option, in part to support this forum.

Waynesboro wanted the maximum allowable by law ($50), but do offer to laminate the card if you bring it back by once it's mailed.

I'll post when it comes in. The clerk indicated that a 2 week turn-around is typical for their office.
