I'm pretty sure the attitude shown above in the video is not specific to color. We have a lot of white folk out there that are just as bad.

No, its not unique to blacks, but that mentality it is more prevalent among them. At least more black Americans are moving into the middle and upper classes though and shedding it.

Dont get me wrong all races have that and there are plenty of white people like Harry Reid I cant stand and good people like allen west and marco rubio I consider brothers in Christ and the USA.

The problem is that when 93% of blacks and 71% of latinos support Obama it seems the white race is the only one that is sticking ( as a group) to the founders principles. The sad thing is there is not a problem with the other races its just that liberal whites ( the worse group of all) have conditioned a victim mentality to insure their votes.

So now we have David Petraeus? People like Petraeus are just as much at fault, possibly more so, than us here at the bottom. Why should the common folk be expected to maintain a higher standard of morals and ethics? Their leaders certainly do not. A high ranking general/cia director involved in a scandal with possible national security implications? That is a far greater risk to this country than one person collecting government money.
